Rules of entry for group fitness classes

Below are our rules and guidelines for entering any group fitness class. For clarification of the rules, talk to our customer service staff.

Note: It’s a good idea to ask your doctor if it’s okay before starting any new exercise.

General

  • Participants must be 14 years old to attend a group fitness class (16 years old for BodyPump).
  • Class numbers are capped due to room/pool space.
  • Once a class is full or the cut-off time has passed, our customer service staff cannot allocate any more tickets. Please be respectful of our staff if you have missed your preferred class.

Attending a class

  • Class tickets/wristbands are needed for entry.
  • Reformer Pilates must scan membership fob at the door for entry.
  • Please arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes before the start of your class. This is to allow time for parking, ticket/wristband collection and to get to the area your class will be.
  • You must enter your group class by the advertised start time.
  • Entering a class late is a safety concern and the instructor may ask you to leave.

No shows and cancellations

  • If you have booked a class but can no longer attend, please call us on (03) 9559 7111 to cancel.
  • Sessions are in extremely high demand and if you don’t attend without cancelling, another person misses out.
