Accessible fitness
At our centres, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to enjoy movement, build strength and feel confident.
Our accessible programs are designed to support individuals with additional needs in a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment.
Each week, we run two sessions: one in the pool and one in the gym.
Aqua and gym
Our S.W.E.A.T programs are designed for people who may need extra help with movement. This includes those living with neurological or physical conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Parkinson’s Disease or those recovering after a stroke.
Companion card holders receive discounted concession entry fees with carers and support workers attending for free to provide additional assistance when needed.
Allied Health professionals are also welcomed to the centre to provide support. Please note they will be required to pay the adult swim or gym entry fee at Customer Service.
