Our Learn to Swim program supports swimmers of all ages and abilities. Whether you're just starting out or looking to improve your technique, our inclusive program offers a safe, supportive environment to build confidence, develop skills and enjoy the water.

Our classes 

Little Wonders

Help your child feel comfortable and confident in the water with our engaging Little Wonders class.

Introduce your little ones to the water with our nurturing and engaging parent and child swimming classes, designed specifically for children aged 6 months to 3 years.

What to expect

  • a fun, hands-on experience with games, nursery rhymes, and playful activities
  • build water familiarity and enjoyment
  • both child and adult participate together in the water.

What will my child learn?

Preschool

A fun and engaging class, teaching essential water safety survival skills and basic swimming techniques.

Adults, this is your time to cheer from the sidelines!

Our preschool swimming classes are designed for children 3 to 5 years who are ready to learn and participate independently, without a parent in the water.

What will my child learn?

School age

Our school-aged swim classes support each child’s individual learning journey. Whether your child is just starting out or refining advanced strokes, we’ll help them grow at a pace that suits them.

Designed to help children build water confidence while developing essential swimming and survival skills. Swimming classes are progressive, and ability based, ensuring each child is placed in a level suited to their experience.

Teen program

We understand that not all swimmers have had the opportunity to attend lessons from a young age. To support these learners, we offer tailored swim levels for students aged 13 to 17 years.

Tailored classes designed specifically for young people who want to improve technique, build strength, and gain essential water safety skills in a supportive environment. These classes are grouped with swimmers of similar ages and abilities ensuring each students feels comfortable, challenged, and confident.

Whether you're new to swimming or looking to refine your technique, our adult swim classes offer a supported and inclusive group environment to help you:

Our experienced instructors tailor sessions to suit all ability levels, providing a welcoming space for both beginners and experienced swimmers.

Our adult learn to swim program offers supportive and structured classes for all skill levels. From absolute beginners to confident swimmers wanting to refine technique. Whether you are learning to swim for the first time, building confidence in deep water or aiming to improve your stroke our qualified instructors tailor sessions to meet your goals. Sessions: Beginner water confidence classes, intermediate skills development, and stroke correction.

Adult beginners class

  • foundation skills
  • ideal for people with little or no experience in the water
  • a focus on water awareness, aquatic safety and swimming skills.

Adult intermediate class

  • for people with basic swimming and water safety knowledge
  • stroke development, timing and breathing
  • water safety skills: treading water and survival strokes.

Adult stroke correction

For more experienced swimmers, we offer stroke correction to improve technique.

Our team of skilled instructors build water confidence, teach essential safety skills and develop techniques. 

All swim classes follow the Royal Life Saving's Australia Swim and Survive program.
