Safe Use Guidelines

  • Limit use to 10 to 15 minutes at a time, as prolonged exposure can lead to overheating or light-headedness.
  • Lying down in the sauna and steam room is not permitted due to safety.
  • Always sit on a towel for hygiene and comfort in the sauna and steam room.
  • Stay hydrated by drinking water before and after use.
  • Avoid use if you feel unwell, dizzy or overheated.
  • Pregnant individuals or those with medical conditions (such as heart disease, high/low blood pressure, or circulatory issues) should seek medical advice.
  • No submerging the head in the spa as it is designed for seated relaxation only.
  • Allow your body to cool gradually after leaving the sauna or steam room before entering another pool or spa.

For patron safety, the sauna and steam room are closed when the Bureau of Meteorology temperature reaches 36°C or higher, as extreme heat can increase the risk of overheating.
