It is a condition of entry to Kingston’s Aquatic & Leisure facilities that a person will not operate any visual recording equipment in the facility except in accordance with a Aquatic and Leisure Photo and Video Agreement made with Council. Any person breaching this condition must immediately leave if directed to do so by a member of staff.
Please enquire at the reception desk if you wish to operate visual recording equipment.
No photo or video footage to be recorded without prior consent.
QR codes located in gym must be scanned, details entered, and rules agreed to, whenever photo or video footage is being taken.
As per visual recording rules, staff have the right to view footage and delete if deemed necessary.
