Aquatic conditions
General requirements
No glass or ceramic items are permitted.
Members and patrons must shower before entering or moving between the Sauna, Steam Room, Spa and Pools.
No personal grooming is permitted, including shaving, cutting nails, exfoliating, spitting and hair treatments.
Please report to a staff member immediately should you being to feel unwell.
Members and patrons must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Members and patrons must always follow the direction of staff.
Supervision
Watch Around Water supervision guidelines must be adhered to at all times.
Parents must remain poolside during Learn to Swim programming to provide supervision to students under 10 years of age.
A wristband or membership identification band must be displayed at all times when using the spa, sauna or steam rooms.
Children under the age of 16 years are not permitted to use the spa, sauna or steam rooms.
Members and patrons supervising children under 10 years are not permitted to use the spa, sauna or steam rooms.
Spa, Steam Room and Sauna
No glass drink bottles or containers are permitted.
Essential oils or similar are not permitted. Eucalyptus spray is available on request, as approved by staff.
Due to the risk of fire, no items should be placed on or near the heating elements.
Members and patrons must not tamper with the heater or sensors.
No exercising in the sauna or steam rooms.
No reading materials are allowed.
Members and patrons must not use the sauna or steam rooms if you have a medical condition (including pregnant women) without consulting a medical professional and advising staff prior to use.
Members and patrons must refrain from lying down in the sauna.
Street shoes are not to be worn, and shoes must not be placed on the seats.
Electronic items, including phones, tablets and cameras are not to be used.
Members and patrons must limit their use of these facilities to 15 minutes at a time and should drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration.
Do not submerge your head underwater.
Members must sit on a towel at all times in the Sauna.
