We're celebrating our senior community this October.  As part of Victoria's Seniors Festival, we're inviting seniors aged 60+ to join us for a free Tai Chi class.

Tai Chi is a Chinese exercise system that uses slow, smooth body movements to achieve a state of relaxation of both body and mind.
